Namrata Tiwari was born on 30 January 1998 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Growing up in a culturally vibrant environment, she developed an early interest in performing arts and dance. Her mother, Saroj Tiwari, played an important role in encouraging her artistic pursuits from childhood. She also has a brother and a sister, though their identities remain private.

She completed her early schooling at St. M.O.N.T Front Primary School, Bhopal, where she first received exposure to classical dance activities during school programs and cultural festivals. Participation in competitions helped her build confidence and stage presence at a young age.
